Life’s struggles may leave us feeling lost, anxious, or disconnected—but they can also spark important questions about who we are, what we value, and how we want to live. Therapy in New York City can be a safe, compassionate space to both alleviate suffering and explore your longing for meaning, while gently uncovering patterns that no longer serve you. My goal is to help you move forward with clarity and resilience by blending actionable tools like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness with psychodynamic therapy, existential therapy, and trauma-informed care. I strive to create a culturally responsive, LGBTQIA+ affirming environment where people of all identities and life experiences feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

I work with adults and adolescents in Manhattan and across NYC, with a special focus on supporting individuals who have experienced adverse childhoods, teenage struggles, grief and loss (including the loss of a parent), cross-cultural or interracial relationships, and mixed-race identities. In addition, I draw on my professional and personal background to help clients manage career stress, workplace challenges, job transitions, and work-life balance.

Before entering the counseling field, I spent over a decade as an entrepreneur and leader in educational technology, focused on expanding access to quality learning opportunities for children and families. My work was rooted in a deep commitment to equity, social justice, and community-based advocacy. This foundation continues to shape my therapeutic approach, where I bring warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for the complexities of each person’s story.

If you are seeking a therapist in Manhattan who values both where you’ve been and where you’re capable of going, I would love to connect and support you on your path toward growth and healing.
