I offer a warm, person-centered and holistic approach to therapy and psychotherapy in New York City (NYC), grounded in curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for your unique life experience.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and the emotional journey of early parenthood. I have a particular passion for supporting those who have experienced complicated or nontraditional childhoods, unconventional upbringings, or relationship dynamics that may not fit mainstream norms. I also enjoy working with artists, creatives, and individuals in the hospitality industry, who often face unique emotional, relational, and lifestyle challenges.
My process is rooted in a person-centered philosophy—I believe you are the expert on your own experience. Together, we’ll create a therapeutic space that is both exploratory and practical. We’ll gently challenge limiting beliefs, deepen self-awareness, and integrate actionable tools to help you move toward the life you want to live.
I incorporate somatic psychotherapy and Gestalt therapy principles to engage the whole self—body, mind, and spirit. Our work may include exploring how emotions are held in the body, examining patterns shaped by your past, and cultivating presence and self-trust. I believe that meaningful, lasting change is possible, and I am continually inspired by the strength and complexity of the human spirit.
I speak English, Polish, and Spanish, and I strive to offer a culturally attuned, inclusive, and trauma-informed therapy space where clients from all walks of life feel seen and supported.
