Life Transitions
Taking the first step toward therapy and healing can feel daunting, but with care and support, I believe all people are capable of meaningful change. My clients can expect to be met with warmth, compassion, and gentle challenges that encourage breaking old patterns. Alongside creating an immediate plan of action, we will also explore the deeper origins of your struggles to help you move beyond what is holding you back. Together, we will collaborate on new perspectives that bring clarity, relief, and lasting growth.
I provide holistic, culturally competent, and person-centered therapy for individuals navigating challenges such as interpersonal relationships, career decision-making, identity exploration, and existential questions. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space for reflection, healing, and personal growth.
Before becoming a counselor, I studied Slavic literature and taught foreign languages abroad. My passion for language, culture, and human connection inspires my therapeutic work, and I bring curiosity and cultural awareness into every session to help clients reshape their stories and discover new paths forward.
