Utilizing elements of psychoanalytic therapy, relational therapy, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and narrative therapy, I work with clients to overcome the challenges that are holding them back. Together, we will develop practical strategies for short-term relief while also exploring the deeper roots of your struggles to create meaningful and lasting change. My style is conversational, collaborative, and down-to-earth.

As a licensed social worker and psychotherapist in Manhattan, I place a strong emphasis on the social, cultural, and socioeconomic factors that impact mental health. Our experience of the world is shaped by identity, class, and family systems—factors that are too often overlooked in therapy. I strive to provide a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and inclusive therapy space where you can explore your story safely and openly.

I am a graduate of New York University’s Silver School of Social Work and completed the Psychoanalytic Association of New York’s Prelude to Training Program. My clinical experience includes working with adults, children, and families managing depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and substance use disorders.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly a decade working in the restaurant industry, international relations, and higher education. These experiences allow me to connect deeply with hospitality professionals, students, creatives, and individuals navigating high-pressure careers. My approach is guided by curiosity, compassion, and respect for each person’s unique journey.

If you are seeking psychotherapy in NYC—whether you’re struggling with relationship challenges, career stress, or emotional healing after trauma—I offer a supportive space to help you move forward. Together, we can build clarity, resilience, and a more fulfilling life.
